President's Message - July/August 2011

Wow what a competitive year we have had!  Just coming off a great showing at the Sacramento Invitational with our 10Us, 11-12s and 13-15s and Age Group Nationals' success with the 11-12 and the 13-15 individuals and teams, I look forward to hearing how our Jr./Sr. girls do at US Opens in Hawaii.  Early reports are very positive.  With well over 100 gold medals our girls have really shined this 2010-2011 season.  Thank you all for the support you have given the girls throughout this sometimes trying time.  It has been well worth the blood, sweat and tears.  Right around the corner we have Camp and Swim Show, two of our most important annual events.  They will be here before we know it.  Looking forward to the 2011-2012 season, please let myself or any other Board member know if you might be willing to get a little more involved in our wonderful club, through serving as a Board member.  I promise it is not too scary and new thoughts/ideas are always welcome.  Again, thank you to all for making this a wonderful season.  It takes a village and could not have been done without you.
